We went to several different stores to purchase some and they were all sold out! While looking for other options, we called this business to ask if they'll sell us some. Jessica answered the phone. When we told her our dilema, she immediately said she'd be more than happy to give us some. When we arrived the staff was so kind and friendly! Thank you Jessica!

Julie M.Kimberly, ID01Jun 22, 2016One thing we've ran into problems with at Braces R Us is scheduling. Five times now they have given my daughter the wrong date and even wrote it down on an appointment card as so. But it never ends up in the book and we have to make a whole other appointment. Which keeps altering her time in braces.
We've noticed that incorrect adjustments are being made to move my daughters teeth. They have looked the same for about 9 months and she should be out of them by now. Some friends of ours that also go to Braces R Us have had the same problem. Her teeth have been pushed forward instead of back due to inconsistent service. This added 3 extra months in her braces due to this mistake. Some assistants seem unsure of what they are doing.
Other then these issues, Dr. Williams is a very friendly Doctor that generally cares about each and every one of his patients.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
Nichole M.Logan, UT03Nov 25, 2014First to ReviewDO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. I am now 22, and went to Braces R Us when I was in 10th grade. Unless things have changed drastically, it is just not worth the risk. Every friend I have that went there has had issues with their teeth since finishing up as a patient. I had braces for 2.5 years, wore my retainer faithfully, and have very good oral hygiene. Today I went to an orthodontist in my new town to get a replacement retainer made, and was informed that I have a really severe cross bite that was never taken care of during my 2.5 years at Braces R Us. The only way to fix a cross bite? Braces. Braces R Us was an awful experience, the staff is friendly to parents and awful to kids. Don't put your kids through the trauma, it's going to be a waste of your money anyway.

Braces take forever here. They promise fast results with this amazing fast braces system, but most patients I talk to say they are in braces for 3-4 years.
